Unlock login account

Due to security concerns, the login account will be locked if you failed login attempt 3 times.

You may unlock it via the steps below:
1. ESS Account
Go to Employee Self Service > ESS Account > click into ESS Account > Edit > tick "Is Active" > Save and Close.

2. WhyzeHR account
Go to Admin > User > click into the user account > Edit > tick "Is Active" > Save and Close.
