No Leave summary shown

Please help to check the below:
1. Go to Leave > Setup > Leave Package > click into the leave package > under Employees tab > make sure the employee is assigned on the listing.

2. Go to Leave > Generate Leave Run > select leave package > Employee Selection = User to select employee > Generate > OK > select the employee > Generate.

3. Go to Leave > Check Balance > search for the employee and make sure can see the leave summary.

Kindly ask the employee to login and check again.
